Scheduled runs · fixed monthly pricing
The run you stop having to think about
If you are booking the same journey three times a week, you should not be quoting it three times a week. We build the route, assign a dedicated driver, and invoice it monthly at a fixed rate.
Four steps, then it runs itself.
1. Route survey. We map what you are actually moving, where and when — including the runs your team has been absorbing informally.
2. Fixed quote. One monthly figure covering the whole schedule. No per-job pricing, no surcharges, no admin.
3. Dedicated driver. The same person, at the same time, every scheduled day. Your team learns their name and stops chasing.
4. Monthly review. Volumes change. We re-cut the route when they do rather than letting the contract drift out of shape.
Typical contracts
- Inter-site and inter-branch transfers
- Depot and store replenishment
- Daily internal mail and post runs
- Pharmacy and dispensary rounds
- Scheduled supplier collections
- Multi-drop delivery rounds
Why businesses move to contract
It is usually cheaper, and always quieter.
Ad-hoc booking has a hidden cost that never appears on a courier invoice: somebody in your team spends part of every day arranging it.
A fixed monthly route removes the quoting, the chasing, the reconciling of twenty small invoices, and the internal argument about whose budget it comes from. It also removes the risk that on the one busy morning nobody remembers to book the run at all.
Contract rates are set against volume, so they land below the equivalent ad-hoc spend in most cases. We will tell you honestly if yours is not one of them.
