How we allocate work
Jobs are given out by a person, not an algorithm, and they go to whoever is best placed to do them well. If you are reliable, you get offered more. That is the whole system. We pay [TERMS] and we do not hold back payment against customer settlement. If a job goes wrong through no fault of yours, you still get paid for the run.
