Wayne and Sean Sinclair founded Twins Express to break away from standard courier networks that treat high-value freight like anonymous parcels. Having seen how easily traditional networks drop the ball on critical deliveries, we set out to build a B2B service focused on absolute reliability, direct communication, and dedicated transport.

We have grown significantly since then — operating a fleet of long-wheelbase vans, Luton vehicles, and dedicated freight drivers handling time-critical jobs every week. Today, Twins Express operates as the core logistics arm of Twins Group, alongside Twins Communications.

While our scale has grown, our approach remains hands-on. When you call, you speak directly to us. When something changes on the road, you hear from us before you even have to ask. Every job is assigned to a specific driver on a direct route, ensuring total accountability from pickup to drop-off.

It requires more effort than running a passive call centre, but it is the reason our clients trust us with their most urgent freight.
